ABOUT ME
Welcome! I’m Karla Gilbert, OAM, Accredited Nutrition and Health Coach.
With over 10 years of professional athletic experience, including multiple world titles in Ironwoman racing, I have dedicated my life to pushing physical and mental boundaries. Today, I am channeling that same energy and passion into helping others live their healthiest, most empowered lives.
I’m also a proud mum of two precious girls, and this shift to family life has deepened my passion for helping others find balance in their busy lives. As a certified Level III and IV Fitness Trainer, along with holding qualifications in Child Nutrition, Nutrition, and a real-life diploma in Peak Performance, I bring a unique perspective to health and wellness, blending scientific knowledge with real-life experience.
Having faced the challenges of balancing health and fitness with the demands of family and a busy lifestyle, I truly understand the struggles of fitting it all in. I know that when life gets busy, health is often the first thing to slide, but I believe health should always be a priority. That’s why I’m here to share research, tools, and techniques to help you live a life full of energy, vitality, and sustainable habits.
I have always enjoyed discussing and sharing ideas to inspire a "better you." Since 2013, I’ve been helping clients take the steps needed to make mindful, lasting changes, and I’m excited to continue that journey with you.
